Leave This In 2019:

  • Not asking for help because you're afraid of people saying no

  • Doing everything yourself because you don't trust that other people will do it properly

  • Competing with other people who aren't in competition with you

  • Assuming that you will fail if you try

  • Keeping your thoughts to your yourself when they need to be shared with others (speak up)

  • Finding temporary fixes instead of long-term solutions

  • Avoidance

  • Complaining about things not going well, while not trying to improve things

  • Resisting going to see a therapist because you want to be able top do it on your own
