This is How You Let Go

  • Feel your feelings without trying to avoid them. Cry. Be angry. Allow yourself to be sad. It's all a part of the process.

  • Reconfigure who you are. How has the experience or relationship changed you?

  • Forgive yourself by acknowledging your humanness. You are not perfect. Making mistakes is part of the learning process. Don't beat yourself up for what you allowed.
